The Piermont Waterfront Villa is a stunning contemporary home nestled in the heart of historic downtown Piermont, just 18 miles from New York City. This property offers a quick escape from the city with its open-concept living space, making it perfect for a variety of occasions. Featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, the villa comfortably accommodates large groups. The sliding glass wall system seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living, with a spacious backyard on the Hudson River, complete with a BBQ area and ample space for children to play.

The Space

Spanning 3,700 square feet, the Piermont Waterfront Villa is a short 3-minute walk from the charming shops and restaurants of downtown Piermont. The lower level boasts a vast open-concept living area with a sleek Italian kitchen outfitted with luxury appliances. The cozy furniture invites you to relax and unwind while enjoying the view through the glass wall system, which opens to a beautiful riverfront deck and yard—ideal for BBQs, family reunions, or romantic getaways. Additionally, the lower level includes a movie room and a laundry room for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features two Queen beds and a unique split bathroom with separate his and her showers, toilets, and vanities. This room opens to a large deck overlooking the Hudson River Marina. The guest room on the lower level has a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find three customizable bedrooms that can be arranged with either single beds or king beds to suit your needs. Simply let us know your preference, and we’ll ensure the rooms are prepared accordingly. The fourth room is equipped with 2 bunk beds. All upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet, vanity, and shower/bath. There’s also an outdoor patio with artificial turf, perfect for morning yoga, sunbathing, or finding a quiet spot away from the group. Please note that if king beds are chosen for the three bedrooms, the twin beds will be pushed together.

Guest Access

The entire house is yours to enjoy! Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide you with a code for the front door, allowing you to come and go as you please.

- No events are allowed at the property.
- Piermont’s fire horn is located 50 yards from the villa and may sound occasionally during your stay, as it signals fire or ambulance calls for the Fire Department.
